Summer Solstice Sound Healing at San Diego Botanic Garden
Celebrate the longest day of the year and harness the solstice’s energy for inner nourishment during this one-of-a-kind sound bath in the Dickinson Family Education Conservatory at San Diego Botanic Garden. Guided by renowned Sound Bath Practitioner Jazmine Amelia and graduates of My Sound Bath Academy, attendees will be surrounded by a canopy of breathtaking hanging gardens and ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls and gongs guide as the sun sets and guides them to a state of deep tranquility, where stresses melt away and inner harmony is restored.
