At Hilton San Diego Bayfront, Valentine’s unfolds as a multi-stop waterfront experience combining elevated dining and festive cocktails. On February 13 and 14, Hudson & Nash offers Valentine’s a la carte specials ideal for lingering over multiple courses, from a Rose-Poached Pear and Burrata starter to a Seared Scallop with Champagne Beurre Blanc. Entrées include a Surf & Turf Petite Duo—filet and lobster with truffle mash—or a cozy vegetarian Wild Mushroom and Asparagus Pappardelle. Dessert is a standout with a Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse layered with ganache and dark chocolate brownie.
Additionally, Odysea Waterfront Lounge will offer Valentine’s-themed cocktails—each served with a love note—adding a playful twist. Highlights include the sparkling French Kiss and bold XO Negroni. Cheers!
