Glass Box's New Years Eve Prix Fixe Dinner
Glass Box invites you to indulge in a five-course prix fixe menu this New Year's Eve from 4pm - 10pm for only $85 per person. Begin the evening with a complimentary glass of champagne, followed by the first course—Mini Crab and Avocado Sushi Rolls, elevated with a hint of wasabi and soy glaze. The second course offers a trio of options: Tuna Tataki, Tempura Assortment, and Chawamushi, made with savory egg custard with dashi, mushrooms, and yuzu. For the third course, savor your choice of Miso Soup with Enoki Mushrooms, Kabocha Squash Soup, or Clear Soup with Udon.
In the fourth course, relish options like Miso Glazed Black Cod, Teriyaki Chicken, or Beef Filet. Ending on a sweet note, choose from Matcha Green Tea Cheesecake, Mochi Ice Cream, or Dorayaki—red bean paste between pancake patties, served with matcha whipped cream.
