Celebrate New Year’s Eve in La Jolla with a three-course prix fixe dinner at Georges at the Cove. Seatings are available from 6:00 – 9:15 p.m. The dinner from Chef/Partner Trey Foshee and Executive Chef Masa Kojima include first-course options of seared tuna belly, lobster raviolis, kohlrabi caesar salad, and badger flame beets, while second course options are New York strip steak, smoked duck breast, Hokkaido scallops, and wild mushroom and truffle lasagna. Pastry Chef Anna Adams provides the dessert course of chocolate cremeux or citrus tart. The price is $120 per person, and it includes a glass of champagne.
