Uncorked at Esencia returns this September with a four-course dinner featuring William Chris Vineyards, the #1 winery in Texas, and an evening of wine education led by Kelsey Kramer, the winery’s Head of Education, sommelier and WSET Level 4 wine professional. Taking place just ahead of Texas Wine Month, the experience will explore Texas terroir and the state’s evolving wine industry through thoughtfully paired cuisine and exceptional wines.
The night will begin with a welcome cocktail hour at, 6:00 pm followed by a curated four-course meal crafted by James Beard Award-nominated Chef Leo Davila, with wine pairings for each course. Reservations are required at $95 per guest, and must be made online.
