Shop Local-Meet the Artists at SA Art League
Shop Local – Meet the Artists! The San Antonio Art League & Museum is extending its open hours from 10-4 on Saturday, March 4th. Located at 130 King William Street in the heart of South town and the King William Historic District, visitors are invited to stop by to see artists painting in “plein air” outside on the beautiful lawn of this historic home, now a world class museum and gallery. Watch member artists, Shea Daniels, Margie Hildreth, Charlotte Wyatt, and Francis Huang along with former Artist of the Year, Terry Gay Puckett and her granddaughter Augusta Rosser painting on the grounds. Observation and questions welcome! Inside you’ll be treated to shopping in our gift or members galleries and you can also preview our collegiate show. You’re invited to watch the artists, shop and enjoy light refreshments. Shop local and take home a masterpiece!
