Join us on April 19th as Garrison Brothers Distillery teams up with Sage Restaurant & Lounge for a one-of-a-kind Spring Fling pairing dinner and after-party benefit. This dinner will be a fusion of our culinary and mixology professionals featuring Garrison Brothers bourbon provocateur Shane Merriam and Garrison Brothers Chef Jack MacDonald alongside the very talented beverage director Eric Pfeiffer of Sage and the Sage executive chef Henry Gutkin.

Dinner starts at 6:30 pm on the Sage Veranda.
Please note: Seating will be communal and groups will be seated next to each other.
This is a pre-paid event. Refunds are not available, but tickets may be transferred. You will be prompted to add the beverage pairings separately (not optional) so that we can apply taxes appropriately.
There are optional add-ons for a "Meet and Greet Afterparty" and a 375 Boot Flask bottle signed by Dan Garrison. Proceeds benefit Good Bourbon for a Good Cause and are earmarked for the Hill Country Cowboy Hike and Bike Trail.
