Walk a Mile In Her Heels
In Her Heels: Walk a Mile 2026 is the Crisis Center of Comal County's annual awareness and fundraising event supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Held at Krause's Café in New Braunfels, the event brings together community leaders, businesses, advocates, and supporters for an evening of fundraising, education, and engagement. Participants symbolically walk in heels to demonstrate solidarity with survivors and promote a community-wide commitment to prevention, accountability, and support. Funds raised through sponsorships, registrations, donations, and team fundraising directly benefit the Crisis Center's programs and services for individuals and families impacted by abuse and trauma. Together, participants help create meaningful change while ensuring survivors have access to safety, advocacy, and critical resources when they need them most
