Menu courses include:

Course 2: Land and Sea Butter poached Lobster Tail, haricot verts, and citrus beurre blanc AND Char-grilled Ribeye, truffled smashed potatoes, beurre rouge
Course 3: Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Cake Dark Chocolate ganache, raspberry coulis, chocolate tuile
