Thanksgiving Buffet at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas
The holiday menu will feature a variety of starter dishes including gourmet salads, locally sourced charcuterie, Texas farmstead cheese, and a raw bar with baja shrimp ceviche, house poached gulf shrimp, and North Atlantic smoked salmon.
Entrée selections will include a house oak smoked breast of tom turkey, a honey & whole grain mustard glaze ham, and a rosemary garlic oak smoked prime rib complemented by traditional holiday side dishes such as a traditional brioche herb stuffing, sweet potato casserole, sweet cream butter mashed potatoes, and more.
Diners can also enjoy a variety of dessert options ranging from peach and pear cobbler and pumpkin cheesecake to a butterscotch chocolate tart and a bourbon pecan bars.
