The brunch menu will feature an extensive menu of a la carte options with savory selections including the Antlers Steak & Eggs, chilaquiles with the option of added barbacoa or carnitas, a harvest hash bowl, salmon lox, and barbacoa benedict. Sweet selections will range from a brioche French toast stuffed with honey ricotta filling, oven baked pancaked topped with fresh berries, and a yogurt parfait with house made granola and seasonal fruit.
The Antlers Lodge brunch will take place on Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by visiting Antlers Lodge - Brunch | Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa.
Before and after their meal, diners can enjoy the resort’s holiday décor, take family photos, and visit the Tinsel Tavern at the adjacent Cactus Oak for holiday activities and fun.
