Adults-Only Mother’s Day Brunch at Antlers Lodge
The 21+, three-course brunch will feature complimentary bottomless mimosas and bloody marys, and a delicious chef-crafted menu. The first course will feature a selection of house-made pastries and petit-fours for the table. For the second course, guests can select from a yogurt parfait, a seasonal fruit plate, or rajas con queso empanada.
The third course will feature several options including the Antlers steak & eggs, a truffle-dusted petit filet; bison benedict with a jalapeno hollandaise; a breakfast sandwich served on caramelized onion brioche and wild boar bacon; oven-baked cast-iron berry pancake; salmon lox on an everything bagel with optional shredded chicken or carnitas, traditional chilaquiles; or a crispy chicken Caesar salad.
The meal will be accompanied by live acoustic music. It will be served between 9AM and 1PM on Sunday, May 10. Reservations are required and can be made by visiting Mother's Day at Antlers Lodge | Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas.
