The meal will feature a la carte selections including starter options of boomamoto oysters, tandoori-spiced chicken lollypops with citrus chutney, and a roasted beet salad with champagne vinaigrette. Entrée options will include a brown butter-poached cod with lemon-infused quinoa, a lobster and crab ravioli with a shellfish bisque, a pistachio crusted lamb rack with tomato fennel risotto, beer-battered and fried eggplant with roasted cauliflower, and a Berkshire pork osso buco with potato puree. The restaurant also features several steak selections served with specialty house-made sauces as well as multiple shareable side dishes.
Diners can select from two signature desserts including a white chocolate sphere filled with champagne strawberry, candied ginger, cream cheesecake mousse, and brown butter streusel, as well as a raspberry lemon pavlova with raspberry gelee and lemon curd.
The meal will be available on Wednesday, February 14 between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
