Thanksgiving Meal at Hyatt Regency Hill Country
Hyatt Regency Hill Country in downtown San Antonio will provide a delicious Thanksgiving dining at Springhouse Cafe.
The Thanksgiving buffet will be available on Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The menu will include an assortment of starter dishes, locally-sourced cheese and charcuterie, an artisan bread display with an assortment of whipped butters. It will also feature a carving station with multiple entrée options such as a smoked breast of Tom Turkey, a guajillo-braised turkey drumstick and thighs birria, and a rosemary garlic oak-smoked prime rib. Guests can also indulge with more than 10 dessert selections including classic miniature pumpkin pies, gingerbread cupcakes with maple-spiced buttercream, and much more.
The Thanksgiving buffet is $79 for adults, $28 for children between the ages of six and 12, and children five and younger dine free.
