The meal will be available on Sunday, May 12 between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The menu will feature a cold bar with options such as a tossed Greek salad, Texas charcuterie, cave-aged cheeses, and a selection of seasonal and tropical fruits. It will also feature a carving station with a smoked and roasted prime rib and a rosemary and garlic-crusted rack of lamb.
Additional selections include a spring vegetable crustless quiche, blueberry mascarpone French toast, New Orlean-style gumbo, and a variety of house-made pastries and desserts. The holiday brunch is $80 for adults, $32 for children, and guests five years and younger dine free.
