Easter Eggstravaganza at Hyatt Regency Hill Country
Hyatt Regency Hill Country is hosting its annual Easter Eggstravaganza!
The resort will provide an Easter Brunch between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu will feature a carving station with Berkshire Ham and an herb-crusted smoked leg of lamb, as well as a raw bar with fresh seafood selections such as Old Bay-marinated poached shrimp and tuna poke. Diners can enjoy breakfast favorites including made-to-order eggs and omelets, biscuits and gravy, French toast, as well as an assortment of house-made desserts including banana cream puffs, carrot cake, lemon meringue, Easter chocolates, and more. The holiday brunch is $80 for adults, $32 for children between the ages of six and 12 years old, and children five years and younger dine free.

In addition to the holiday meal, the resort will provide two Easter egg hunts and photo sessions with the Easter Bunny, one at 9 a.m., and another at 1 p.m. Overnight guests can also pre-order an Easter Basket to be delivered to their guestroom on Easter morning by clicking this link. Families will also enjoy a face painting and glitter tattoo station, holiday-themed arts and crafts, and tailgate games at Henry’s Hollow throughout the day.
