Christmas Day Brunch at Hyatt Regency Hill Country
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is hosting an extravagant Christmas Day buffet brunch at its Springhouse Café.
The holiday brunch will be available between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The menu will feature a wide variety of dining options for every palette including chef-composed salads, a selection of artisan breads, a charcuterie display with local cheeses, and made-to-order omelets. It will also include brined and smoked chicken breast, sweet potato gnocchi, backed achiote salmon, barbacoa, smoked-roasted prime rib, a pork tenderloin roulade, as well as a variety of house-made desserts and sweets.
