Executive Chef Ned Elliott and Tequila Casa Dragones present a meticulously crafted four-course menu, with each dish paired with one of the four expressions of Casa Dragones sipping tequilas. Casa Dragones is a small batch sipping tequila brand with the mission of crafting extraordinary tequila. Born in San Miguel de Allende in 2009, Casa Dragones is committed to exceptional quality and taste, modern production, and Mexican craftsmanship. Casa Dragones was co-founded by the world’s first female “Maestra Tequilera,” or Master Distiller, Bertha González Nieves. Casa Dragones offers four styles of uniquely smooth ultra-premium sipping tequilas – Blanco, Añejo, Reposado, and Joven.
