Hidalgo Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130. The meal includes two farm-raised fried catfish fillets with French fries, green beans, coleslaw, two hush puppies, and tea, all for $15. Additionally, there's a rummage sale offering various items, and purchasing a meal provides a $5 off coupon for a $10 or more purchase at the rummage sale.
