Master of Chicken Event, April 8 at Grille 254, Benefits Culinaria
What: Local chefs and grill masters go head-to-head in The Master of Chicken competition, in full swing, noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 8, Grille 254 at La Cantera Resort & Spa.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary cocktail upon arrival, as well as sampling and savoring original creations and variations of the classic chicken sandwich from Project Pollo, Southerleigh Haute South, Stixs and Stone, Botika, Grille 254, Whiskey Cake and more.
Live music on the patio with the high energy cover band Finding Friday, will play hits from the 70s through today, as guests revel in vendor activities.
Choose the Big Dog! It’s people’s choice - you can vote for your favorite “sand-wedge.” All ticketed guests are automatically entered into a drawing for prizes including a stay at La Cantera Resort & Spa.
