Mardi Gras Cocktails at Bar Rojo
Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk is providing a menu of Mardi Gras-inspired cocktail specials at its Bar Rojo restaurant.
The menu includes a King Cake Shot made with RumChata cream liqueur, fireball, and a colorful sugar rim. It will also include the New Orleans-style French 75 made with gin, elderflower, liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon. The cocktails are available between Saturday, February 10 and Tuesday, February 13 between 11 a.m. and 12 a.m. (midnight) each day.
Bar Rojo will also serve its delicious menu of locally-inspired dishes, ranging from fajitas and ancho-rubbed baby back ribs to redfish tacos and smoked brisket sliders.
