Gallery on the Park invites guests to savor an elegant Thanksgiving celebration with a curated four-course menu that highlights the best of the season. The meal begins with Roasted Butternut Squash Soup topped with candied pecans and spiced crème, followed by a Roasted Beet Salad with artisan greens, roasted pear, and champagne vinaigrette. For the main course, guests can choose from three artfully prepared entrées: Holiday Turkey with traditional trimmings, Braised Short Rib with roasted root vegetables and herb demi-glace, or Ora King Salmon with coconut lemongrass cream and mango pico de gallo. The experience concludes with a decadent Cranberry Apple Cheesecake featuring a Biscoff crust and pumpkin chantilly cream.
