Corinne San Antonio Brunch Buffet & Plated Dinner Service
Corinne San Antonio is celebrating Thanksgiving with a full day of delicious dining. Guests can enjoy a brunch buffet from 10 AM - 3 PM featuring a pastry table, omelet station, and carving station with turkey and honey baked ham, along with mac and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cornbread muffins. In the evening, an elegant plated dinner at 5 PM- 10PM will be served with maple-glazed turkey, sweet potato and pumpkin purée, crispy sage, pomegranate arils, and grilled broccolini with toasted almonds and garlic butter. Dessert includes sticky toffee pudding with a waffle cookie, pumpkin ice cream, and candied pecans.
