Mother’s Day Dinner at Hyatt Regency Hill Country
The first course features an artisan romaine Caesar salad with brown butter croutons. The second course includes a cast iron-seared Akayshi prime rib filet served with garlic potato puree, spring vegetables, and a red wine pan jus. The meal concludes with a dessert serving of a vanilla bean
crème brulee served with bourbon Chantilly and fresh berries. The Mother’s Day dinner special is $85 per person.
