Valentine’s Day Dinner at Antlers Lodge
Antlers Lodge at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is hosting a special Valentine’s Day dinner on February 14 and February 15.
The menu will feature a four-course holiday dinner that begins with a starter option of Oysters Rockefeller or a spinach artichoke croquette, followed by the second course selection of a beet salad served with whipped honey goat cheese and a rosemary grapefruit vinaigrette or a lobster bisque served with a brown butter crisp and crème fraiche.
The entrée options include a spicy seafood diavolo with pappardelle pasta or a steak au poivre New York strip served with duck fat fries and black garlic aioli. The meal concludes with a double chocolate molten cake served with rose strawberry compote, cocoa nib tuile and vanilla ice cream.
