The exclusive dining experience will feature a curated menu paired with selection from popular distillery.
When diners arrive, they will receive a welcome cocktail and enjoy opening remarks from Chef Lambert and Sean Crawford, a representative of Still Austin. Following the welcome reception, the dinner will begin with an amuse bouche of a balsamic glazed fig and goat cheese crisp. The first course will feature fried oysters with tomato onion slaw and apple mignonette followed by a second course of butternut squash soup.
Diners will enjoy a third course of duck confit with honey roasted carrots puree and a fourth course of a smoked prime New York strip served with roasted cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. The meal will conclude with a dessert of sticky toffee pudding topped with whiskey caramel sauce. Each course will be paired with a whiskey pour or infused cocktail created by the Still Austin team.
