First Course:
Chilified Peaceful Pork Dumplings served with pickled carrots & cucumbers and a chili tea dipping sauce
Second Course:
Colossal Shrimp Street Tacos with a chimi-lime-garlic butter white wine sauce on a heritage blue corn tortilla
Third Course:
JD's Pizza Parlor Pizza Board, including your choice of "the poky and peaceful" or "the sticky pricky" pizzas
Fourth Course:
All the Akis Chili - NY Strip Steak Chili with shiitaki mushrooms, teriyaki and saki, served in a mini hash brown bowl
