The event features excerpts from Patricia Nugent’s memoir They Live On: Saying Goodbye to Mom and Dad paired with nine original songs by acclaimed singer-songwriter Michael Jerling of Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Together, their words and music give voice to the universal experience of letting go. This is the first Rochester-area performance of the program, which debuted to a sold-out audience at Caffè Lena in Saratoga Springs. Light refreshments served.
