The Finger Lakes Winter Carnival returns for its third year from Saturday, Jan. 13 to Sunday, Jan. 14 with Shop, Sip and Taste events happening across downtown Canandaigua, the Canandaigua lakefront and The Lake House on Canandaigua!
This year’s two-day carnival will feature local shops, food and beverage offerings, live music, lakefront firepits, and more. Each day will showcase Finger Lakes specialty businesses at the Event Barn at The Lake House on Canandaigua. The weekend’s activities include:
• Saturday, Jan. 13 – Shop & Taste the Finger Lakes:
o 12-1 p.m.: Non-Alcoholic Cocktails Class with AltBar at New York Kitchen
o 12-4 p.m.: Lazy Acre Alpacas Outside of the Event Barn at The Lake House
o 4-6 p.m.: Wine Tasting at COHO Pizza and Wine
o 6-8 p.m.: Chef’s Table Hands-On Cooking Class at New York Kitchen
o 6-9 p.m.: Live Music at COHO by Spencer Somalis
• Sunday, Jan. 14 – Sip the Finger Lakes:
o 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Momma’s Kitchen: Middle Eastern Cuisine Hands-On Cooking Class at New York Kitchen
o 12-1:30 p.m.: Chocolate & Cheese Tasting Class with Laughing Gull Chocolates at New York Kitchen.
o 12–4 p.m.: Sip the Finger Lakes at The Lake House on Canandaigua Event Barn
