Parenting Village's 9th Annual Family Fest
Parenting Village, a community nonprofit that fosters the health and wellbeing of children and families in the Rochester area through family support and connection, will host its 9th annual Family Fest on Sunday, July 21st at Rothfuss Park from 2pm to 6pm. The festival is a free event for families in the Greater Rochester area featuring children’s activities, family resources, and more.
Sponsored by Crazy Dog T-Shirts and Soccer Shots, the organization’s flagship event is the only one of its kind in the area. Local family-related businesses and organizations encircle the park’s perimeter and offer engaging children’s activities while providing information to parents about their goods or services.
Family Fest will include mini-classes, activity tables with hands-on demonstrations, inflatables, food trucks, face painting, a petting zoo, silent auction, and opportunities to play and connect with other families. The welcoming atmosphere offers something for everyone and gives parents and their children a taste of a supportive village without borders.
