Unearth a Story: Sound Bath
A sound bath is a unique wellness experience which allows the listener to be enveloped in waves of beautiful tones from a wide variety of instruments that aren’t familiar to most people in our Western culture. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering – feel free to bring extra blankets for a softer surface, since most sound bath participants prefer to stretch out on the floor and close their eyes for this unique event. Dr. Sandra Boysen Sluberski will guide you through the instruments, so you’ll know what to expect!
