Youthful Brilliance Concert
A classical music concert featuring local, professional musicians. Mendelssohn’s Piano Sextet is an overlooked jewel of the chamber music repertoire, written when he was just 15 years old (one year before composing the famous Octet). We happily celebrate one of Rochester most respected composers, David Liptak, on his 75th birthday with one of his deeply emotional works, Poppies.
