Monroe County Winterfest
Winterfest activities are spread throughout Mendon Ponds Park including the Stewart Lodge, the Nature Center, East and West Lodges, Evergreen Shelter, Hopkins Point Lodge, trails and sledding hills.
Activities include:
• Mercy Flight Helicopter demonstration at 1 p.m. near Stewart Lodge (weather dependent)
• Live Ice Sculptor Demonstration
• Arts and crafts
• Kids activities
• Hayrides (11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at West Lodge)
• Animal education from Seneca Park Zoo and Wild Wings
• Demonstrations and “try-it” opportunities at many booths/stations
• Hikes and learning opportunities
• Food trucks
• Performances by the campfire at Stewart Lodge
Parking is available at each shelter, lodge, or parking lot. East and West Lodge closed for Hay rides to turn around and load in, as well as Stewart lots closed for display purposes.
Staying Warm - each lodge has a warming fire.
