FREE SOCCER SHOOT COMPETITION FOR ALL KIDS AGES 5-13
The Rochester Elks Lodge will hold their annual Soccer Shoot Competition on Saturday, August 24 at Martin Road Park in Rush. This event is free and open to all community children between the ages of 5 and 13 years old and includes 5-Goal and Grid Goal competitions. No pre-registration is required.
Registration begins at 10:00 AM, and the competition starts at 10:30 AM. Boys and girls compete separately in four age groups: 7 and under, 8-9, 10-11, and 12-13. Age is determined as of August 1, 2024 (proof of age required). Awards will be given to the first, second and third place winners in each boy’s and girl’s age bracket. First place winners will go on to the District Shoot. A parent or guardian should be present to sign the registration form. Awards and a picnic lunch will be held in the Elks Lodge Pavilion at 3525 East Henrietta Road following the competition. All participants and their parents/guardians are invited.
The Elks Youth Activities Program has a goal of keeping children occupied with positive, character-building activities, providing alternatives to drug use, and simply having fun!
