Cafe Veritas presents Patty Larkin, Headlining, with Maria Sebastian opening
Described as “riveting” (Chicago Tribune), “hypnotic” (Entertainment Weekly), and a “drop-dead brilliant” performer (Performing Songwriter), Patty is considered to be one of the top performers in the accoustic/contemporary folk field and has been called a virtuoso guitar player "whose mature work is comparable to the best of Bonnie Raitt and Lucinda Williams.” by the New York Times. Patty has been wowing audiences for over 25 years and is well loved by her folk collegues. She most recently appeared with her friends John Gorka, Lucy Kaplansky and Cliff Eberhardt on their On a Winter's Night Tour. Opening for Patty will be Maria Sebastian who has opened for Roger McGuinn of The Byrds, and for folk favorite Vance Gilbert, as well as touring with 10,000 Maniacs.
