Learn how the Lymphatic System works to keep inflammation at bay, and how yoga and self massage contribute too. You'll practice a massage sequence and yoga class to help prevent illness and boost your immune system. This class will be done seated, standing, and on the floor, but chair modifications are available; please bring a yoga mat and 2 blankets.
Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
