Today's class will nourish your spine from all of your Summer activity! This will be a yoga class on the floor, with gentle movement and long-held stretches, to feel each pose and it's affects, while also learning how different actions relieve pain and tension. Please bring a yoga mat and two blankets.
Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body.
