Held inside of the Philadelphia Sports Club, One Highpoint Drive Chalfont, PA 18914. On Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 11-3pm. Everything health and fitness you can imagine! There will be fitness celebrities, live band and dj workout demos. Also, free samplings of food, water, juices, fruits and veggies, plus shopping galore! Bring the kids along for their very own fitness entertainment. Vendors are welcome! Participate in our 6th Workout-a-thon, come try 20 different types of workouts.
