Jan van Dis, Assistant Professor Obstetrics & Gynecology at U of R, will discuss the intersection of the climate crisis and women's, maternal and fetal health, the effects of fossil-fuel pollution on women's and fetal health, as well as steps healthcare – which contributes 10% of all U.S. greenhouse gas emissions – needs to take to be part of the solution.
