Bulldog Yoga, in partnership with NovaCare, will pop up on the Town Center greenspace Tuesday, July 13 at 12 p.m. Participants can join instructor Nikki Rowinski from Bulldog Yoga for a FREE hour of fitness-fueled, music-based yoga. All levels are welcome to participate, just remember to bring a mat!
NovaCare will be onsite providing waters and snacks to attendees, plus exclusive access to a physical therapist who can provide physical health advice before and after the class.
