Join us for a month-long meditation journey, featuring four consecutive weekly 1 hour in-person group sessions. This course aims to explore meditation techniques to enhance gratitude, manage daily stress, and manifest a beautiful life.

Each one-hour session offers practical meditation techniques and valuable insights to boost your well-being throughout the four-week program. Plus, we progressively extend our meditation duration each week, fostering a sense of community and helping you set a personal weekly intention.
Cost is $75 for the Class.
