Well Studio X has parntered with Compass Cycle to offer an intro to meditation  class.

 

Join us for a month-long meditation journey, featuring four consecutive weekly 1 hour in-person group sessions. This course aims to explore meditation techniques to enhance gratitude, manage daily stress, and manifest a beautiful life.

 

This course includes:

 

Week 1: Introduction to Meditation - The Basics 10/1/2023

  • Overview of meditation 
  • Benefits and goals 
  • Finding a comfortable posture 
  • Breath awareness meditation 

Week 2: Mindfulness Meditation - Being Present 10/8/2023

  • Understanding mindfulness 
  • Practicing mindful breathing 
  • Body scan meditation 
  • Cultivating awareness 

Week 3: Gratitude Meditation - Cultivating Gratitude 10/15/2023

  • The power of gratitude 
  • Gratitude journaling 
  • Loving-kindness meditation 
  • Embracing positivity 

Week 4: Stress Management and Manifestation - Stress Reduction and Manifestation 10/22/2023

  • Stress management techniques 
  • Visualization meditation 
  • Setting intentions and goals 
  • Creating a meditation routine 

Each one-hour session offers practical meditation techniques and valuable insights to boost your well-being throughout the four-week program. Plus, we progressively extend our meditation duration each week, fostering a sense of community and helping you set a personal weekly intention.
