Valentine's Day Cocktail Class and Food Pairing
Fall in love with learning a new skill at the Lobozzo Alumni House with our Valentine’s Day Cocktail Class & Food Pairing. Looking to do something this Valentine’s Day? Join us from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to learn to make some love-themed cocktails that are sure to impress everyone you know!
During the class, you will be given two hours of instruction with time to mingle. Provided will be all of the ingredients and instructions to create three upscale cocktails along with three paired food samplings. Cocktails and food pairings include:
- Cupid’s Arrow, a citrus vodka-based cocktail, paired with a Fettucini Alfredo that is finished with a roasted red pepper coulis and topped with grilled shrimp.
- Lover’s Lane, a bourbon-based cocktail, paired with a Braised Short Ribs which is served over crispy polenta finished with a rich demi-glace.
- Chocolate Espresso Kiss, a dessert cocktail, paired with a Traditional Crème Brulée.
Tickets for the event are $45. Must be 21+ to register, and pre-registration is required. Please visit rittickets.com to register.
