Get ready for the 2nd annual Redlands Earth Day: A Day of Climate Action! On Saturday, April 20th, community organizations and locals will come together once again to work on climate-friendly projects throughout town.
You can help remove invasive weeds at a beautiful Redlands park, tour a local farm, plant seeds, get a workout working with compost, and more! Additional projects will be added over the next several weeks, so if you don’t find the one that’s right for you, check back – or better yet, gather some friends and host your own project! You’ll find ideas and inspiration on the Redlands Earth Day website: www.redlandsearthday.org.
Projects will run from 9am-12n, then topped off with a celebration at the Redlands Bowl. Here, the whole community is welcome to come and celebrate the morning’s work with lunch, booths, and activities from 12:30 – 2:30pm. All are welcome!
Visit www.redlandsearthday.org for more information or to register as a project host or participant. If you have further questions, email [email protected].
