Voices in Peace
With a belief that music has the power to connect people from all faiths and backgrounds, foster meaningful relationships and promote peace, choral co-directors, Natan Berenshteyn and Jamie Barrack, have assembled approximately 90 diverse singers to learn Jewish choral music and perform songs that connect to Jewish values of love and peace. Voices in Peace will be performed at the Weinstein JCC, 5403 Monument Ave., on Sunday, October 29 at 3pm, and at Meadowbrook High School, 4901 Cogbill Rd. in North Chesterfield, on Sunday, November 5 at 3pm. Performances are free and RSVPs are requested. This Making Music Happen Community Grant Initiative is made possible by a generous grant from the Pertzik Fund for Arts and Culture at JCC Association of North America.
