The Branch invites high schoolers to join them on Saturday, February 3rd from 1pm to 3pm for a peer-led workshop that helps define healthy relationships and consent. Participants will create their own zines (mini magazines), while discussing healthy, unhealthy, and abusive relationship behaviors and identify them in practice. Participants will also learn what a healthy consent practice looks like. This workshop is a part of Teen Violence Awareness Month in conjunction with the current exhibition on display at The Branch in partnership with YWCA and Empower RVA Teens.
