Jacob's Chance enriches lives by empowering individuals 5-40 years old with intellectual, developmental, physical, and/or complex disabilities through inclusive programs that promote personal development and positive relationships.
Join us for an inclusive talent show fundraiser featuring a wide range of talents performed by individuals with disabilities in and around central Virginia! This fundraising event directly benefits families served by Jacob's Chance. All proceeds go to furthering our mission of providing inclusive programs that promote personal development and positive relationships.
