We have the perfect family-friendly summer event! Yes! And... Collaborative Arts in Germantown is back to making real theatre with real kids, telling a wacky story full of all the physical comedy and hijinks that an outdoor summer musical demands. From August 17-19, Yes! And... presents its 6th Annual Summer Sort of Thing outdoor musical in "Swing. Set. Go!". This latest Yes! And... production tells a tale based on the ancient Greek Folk tale of Karagozi, with lovable villains, long and short lasting friendships, and a giant swing.
Swing. Set. Go! runs three evenings only at Holman Field in Germantown, opening on Wednesday, August 17 and closing August 19. Shows are at 6pm. Tickets are a suggested donation of $5 and families are encouraged to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs. The show runs approximately 60 minutes, is performed without an intermission, and is appropriate for all ages.

Yes! And... Collaborative Arts’ mission is to: Equip children and young people with the tools to be better learners, to believe in themselves and to realize their dreams through the work of creating collaboratively with peers and professional artists. We work with children and youth from across Philadelphia in the collaborative and imaginative arts through Summer Theatre Camps, Studio programs, Shadow Company high school leadership and arts training, and the Sort of Thing program.
