Carytown PIRATE PUB CRAWL (Richmond)
Calling all skallywags: plunder the pubs of Carytown, complete with gold treasure quests, themed drinks, costumes and fellow pirates. 21+
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Ahoy, Richmond! On Saturday, September 19th, drop anchor in Carytown for a landlocked raid done right, alongside fellow skallywags. 21+
Enjoy pirate themed drink and food specials, and snap photo ops while challenging fellow pirates for their gold. By night's end, the crew with the most gold will win a GOLDEN PARTY PASS, which grants the holder a year of free After Dark RVA events.
Check in at Registration (MINK Cocktail Lounge, between 3:00 and 7:00pm) to grab your Crawl Guide, Badge, Lanyard, Pirate Map and Gold, then set your own course.

WHAT TO WEAR
Costumes aren't required, but they're definitely encouraged. Break out your best pirate, privateer, wench, Ren-Faire, medieval or fantasy-inspired garb and join the fun. No full costume? No problem. A bandana, eye patch, tricorn hat, sash, boots, oversized earring or other pirate-worthy flair can turn any landlubber into part of the crew.
FEELING CHARITABLE?
Bring canned goods for FeedMore.org to support our charity food drive. Every two cans earns one raffle ticket, so the more cans you donate, the more chances you have to win a prize. 21+ with valid ID.
One day not enough to embrace your inner pirate? Join us again on Friday 6 November 2026 for the River City Pirate Ball in downtown Richmond, an immersive evening of swashbuckling revelry hosted by After Dark RVA. Consider grabbing a combo ticket to enjoy both adventures.
