Wassail in the Orchard at Courthouse Creek Cider
Join us to sing and wake the sleeping tree spirits, bless the trees for a fruitful harvest with the Wassail King & Queen, and get loud to frighten off any evil spirits in the orchard that may be lurking in the branches. Let’s drink to the health of the apple trees and have a great time.
Open from 12-7pm. Wassailing will begin right at 2pm, so be sure to arrive early or miss out on the fun! Costumes encouraged.
Live music with Ryan Hearn duo from 3-6pm
Traditional hot Wassail cider spiked with our Pommeau served all day!
Menu:
- Brunswick Stew: Our take on Brunswick has orchard-run, free-range chickens raised here on the farm, farm-grown potatoes, and nixtamalization of our dent corn (aka hominy)! (GFO)
- Sausage Sub w/peppers and onions (GFO)
- Brie and Apple Grilled Cheese (GFO)
