Indigenous Perspectives Closing Celebration
The Library presents an “Indigenous Perspectives” exhibition closing celebration featuring performances and displays from tribal representatives. A drumming circle, dancing and demonstrations of traditional crafts will celebrate Virginia's 11 federally and state-recognized tribes. No registration required.

The exhibition, which runs through Aug. 17, 2024, in our Exhibition Gallery & Lobby, explores the voices and experiences of Virginia’s tribal communities. View excerpts from video interviews, archival records, and objects contributed by the tribes that reflect their traditions and culture.
